CiteDesk helps you manage media requests from Featured.com: collecting questions, drafting responses, coordinating approvals, and tracking where your answers are published. You are responsible for the content you submit through the platform and for complying with Featured.com policies when answers are sent.
You must keep your account credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful purposes. Administrators may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to bypass rate limits, or violate the rights of others.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or missed publication opportunities resulting from service interruptions, incorrect AI-generated drafts, or errors in third-party data sources.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in the application. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
