1. Data We Process

CiteDesk stores the account information you register with (username, email, name), the Featured.com credentials you connect for automated fetching and submission, drafts and approved responses, approval history, and platform telemetry needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use It

Data is used to run the platform: routing questions to the right experts, generating and submitting responses on your behalf, sending notifications through Telegram or email, and producing usage analytics. We do not sell personal data.

3. Third Parties

The platform communicates with Featured.com, OpenAI (for response drafting), Telegram, payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), and search APIs used for mention tracking. Each processes data under its own terms. Featured credentials are stored per user and used only for that user's fetches and submissions.

4. Retention and Control

Your content stays until you or an administrator deletes it or the account is removed. Administrators can export or delete data via the admin console. Backups are retained for a limited recovery window and are then deleted.

5. Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, session cookies are protected, and administrative operations are logged. If a security incident affects your data, administrators will notify affected users.
